The Fairness Project is seeking experienced Latino Engagement District Managers to work on competitive congressional races in the assigned district(s) for the 2026 cycle. This role will work closely with Engagement Directors and the Organizing team to engage, persuade, mobilize, and turnout Latino voters.
They are responsible for building relationships with community leaders and stakeholders, growing grassroots infrastructure, recruiting volunteers, and engaging in voter mobilization efforts.
