- focused Operations Coordinator to support and drive operational excellence across our growing franchise system nationwide.

This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in coffee, restaurant, QSR, or franchise operations who understands how to manage multi-unit environments, enforce standards, and ensure consistency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily operations across multiple stores nationwide
- Work directly with franchisees, store managers, and leadership to ensure execution of brand standards
- Support new store openings, operational readiness, and rollout plans
- Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective action
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, training programs, and operational systems
- Partner with marketing, training, and development teams for aligned execution
- Track KPIs including sales, labor,



speed of service, and customer experience
- Support inventory, vendor coordination, and operational efficiency initiatives Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of operations experience in coffee, restaurant, QSR, or franchise brands
- Proven experience managing multi-unit operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of store-level execution, training, and performance management
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
