At Sii Group Colombia, we’re looking for a Lead React Fullstack Developer to join one of our most strategic international projects. This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in leading front-end architecture efforts while also being capable of integrating with modern backend services.
You’ll be the technical front-end reference for the team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications using React and Java in a microservices environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UI development effort and define the front-end architecture
- Design and develop scalable components using React
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate Java-based microservices
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across the stack
- Build and consume APIs efficiently, ensuring data consistency
- Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring technical alignment
- Work closely with Dev Ops to ensure seamless deployment and automation
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and system design
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in React and modern frontend architecture (70% focus)
- Solid experience with Java for backend development (30% focus)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience leading small teams (up to 6 people)
- Upper-intermediate to advanced English (B2–C1 level)
