Senior Field Leadership Role

Senior field leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple commercial HVAC construction projects, driving job-site efficiency, safety, quality control, and team performance across active installations.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and hold field teams accountable for performance and safety standards
- Conduct routine site visits to assigned projects and maintain presence during major project milestones (equipment lifts, start-ups, inspections, etc.)
- Coordinate closely with project managers and foremen to address scheduling, manpower planning, and logistics
- Evaluate potential field challenges and communicate solutions proactively
- Oversee material ordering, equipment rentals, and tool tracking processes
- Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
- Promote a strong culture of safety and quality control across all job sites
- Collaborate with subcontractors, general contractors,



and vendors to ensure project alignment
- Monitor daily field reporting, labor tracking, and documentation accuracy
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements and new technologies
- Assist with incident investigations, safety audits, and compliance reviews
- Capture project progress documentation when appropriate
- Perform additional related duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial mechanical or HVAC construction
- Prior experience as a foreman or field supervisor strongly preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems installation practices
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational, delegation, and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, equipment manuals, and submittals
