We are looking for a Senior Manager to help lead our Data & AI practice within Aprio's Technology Advisory group in Colombia. This is a senior, client‑facing role for a senior technical leader who stays hands‑on: designing and building agentic artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, designing and implementing modern cloud data platforms,



and leading the data integration and architecture beneath them, while owning delivery, teams, and growth.

Agentic AI and automation
- Design and build agentic Data and AI systems and intelligent automations and lead their full lifecycle from solution architecture through build, evaluation, and deployment.
- Set the technical direction for our agentic AI solution catalog: document processing + workflow automation; automated communication + prediction analytics; system integration + data synchronization; real‑time external data validation; and business intelligence + work prioritization.
- Establish reusable assets and delivery standards that raise consistency and quality across engagements.
- Own the direction for responsible, sustainable, and compliant AI, and lead the AI and data governance frameworks applied across engagements.
