Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, F&A; Sr. Manager

In this role, we are looking for a F&A; Sr. Manager, whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of F&A; operations (S2P, C2C, R2R) for manufacturing clients across Americas
- Drive transformation initiatives leveraging digital tools, analytics, and process reengineering.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal controls.
- Lead and mentor a team of managers and associates across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.




- Support business development and solutioning for new opportunities in the manufacturing vertical.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
- Experience in F&A; operations, and experience in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes and challenges.
- Proven track record in client management, transformation, and team leadership.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and digital tools (RPA, analytics platforms).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Fluence in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
- Consulting/BPO/SSC experience

- Experience in managing integral delivery teams.
