As an Operations Support,you will analyze, interpret data, and provide logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Track and Trace: Monitor shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Dispatching: Assign loads to carriers and coordinate transportation schedules.
- Carrier Sales:



Build and maintain relationships with carriers to secure competitive rates and reliable service negotiation of rates
- Carrier Desk Support: Assist carriers with inquiries, problem resolution, and operational coordination.
- Load Coverage Management: Ensure all shipments are assigned to carriers efficiently.
- Carrier Relations & Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with carriers to address issues and optimize performance.

Requirements:

Minimum requirements:
- Studies:International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative related.
- Experience:Minimum of 1 year Experience in the logistics industry.
- Language: Good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
