Social Media Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand online, creating engaging content that connects with our audience in the engineering and product development industry. Responsibilities
Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
Create engaging content, with a strong focus on shortform videos, video blogs vlogs, and promotional videos
Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure a consistent posting cadence across channels
Film, edit, and produce highquality video content
Write compelling captions and copy tailored to each platform
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction
Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to improve reach and engagement




Help build and strengthen our brand within the engineering and product development industry

Qualifications
Proven experience creating engaging social media content, especially shortform videos, vlogs, and promotional videos
Comfort planning content calendars and managing multiple platforms simultaneously
Strong skills in video creation and editing
Excellent writing skills for captions and platformspecific copy
Familiarity with monitoring engagement and interpreting social media analytics
Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software

Preferred Attributes
Interest in or familiarity with the engineering and product development industry
A creative eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
Selfstarter who can work independently and manage deadlines
