Purpose

In this role you will lead and oversee Insurance Domain Technology applications and team, in both Colombia and Canada, ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
We are seeking a talented and motivated leader to deliver value on the Insurance Domain Technology team, while working closely with the project and business teams to ensure partner and stakeholder alignment and deliver the solutions on time. Also responsible for maintenance and support of technology after the implementation date and people management activities.

Accountabilities





• Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

• Provide overall leadership and technical guidance that enables creative delivery of Insurance applications as well coordinate the traveler teams to deliver according Integral insurance roadmap.

• Responsible for the overall Insurance solution end-to-end ensuring that designs are modern, resilient, and cost-effective.

• Responsible for ensuring that software is delivered on time, resilient, on budget and in a way that meets the business expectations.

• Owns, manage and maintain thorough understanding of the Insurance system capabilities, gaps, and opportunities.

• Provide analytic support in the development and implementation of strategic plans.

• Assist in the review and evaluation of business initiatives, product and projects and formulate insightful guidance and input to business leaders.
