Purpose

The Project Controller Officer is responsible for supporting project reporting and tracking for the Dominican Republic and Colombia project portfolio. In addition, the incumbent will assist with the development of process standards and procedures that align with overall policy and industry practices.

The Project Controller Officer may be required to work across multiple workstreams and must be able to prioritize and manage a large volume of information effectively. Collaboration is key, as this person will work closely with project managers, functional leaders, and GBS leadership to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to established standards.

Accountabilities

Portfolio Reporting
- The Project Controller Officer is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining reports for the Transitions and Innovation portfolios. These reports are used to document project activities and ensure that all relevant information is accurately recorded and available for review.
- Monitoring the health of the portfolio is a key responsibility. This includes tracking impor
