The Role
We're hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for our sales team. You'll prospect, qualify, and book meetings through multi‑channel outreach — cold calls, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn — using proven playbooks designed to get results. This is a high‑activity, high‑accountability role for someone who wants to compete, hit targets, and grow fast.
What You'll Do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings
- Research and qualify prospects to confirm fit with our adecuado customer profile
- Manage your pipeline and activity logging in our CRM with accuracy and consistency
- Follow outreach sequences and playbooks across multiple Forceget service lines




- Collaborate with your team lead and sales managers on lead strategy and follow-up
- Complete structured onboarding and ongoing training through our internal LMS

What You Bring
- Based in Colombia (required)
- Fluent English, written and spoken (required)
- 3+ years in outbound sales or business development, with a focus on cold outreach (not inbound or account management)
- Proven track record of hitting activity and pipeline targets
- Comfortable with high call volumes and handling rejection
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Self-disciplined, punctual, and accountable without needing oversight
- Experience selling to US‑based businesses is a strong plus
- Familiarity with ecommerce, Amazon, logistics, or supply chain is a plus but not required
