What You’ll Do
- Support End‑to‑End Production
- Assist Senior Producers in managing the daily workflow of video campaigns, from project kickoff to final delivery.
- Track the status of dozens of simultaneous projects, updating project management boards (Asana, ClickUp, Notion) in real‑time.
- Flag potential blockers or delays immediately and work to resolve them before they impact the deadline.
- Asset Management & Organization
- Act as the gatekeeper for creative assets. Ensure raw footage, music, scripts, and brand guidelines are organized and accessible to the editing team.
- Perform quality checks on incoming assets from creators and outgoing deli
