Job Description
As an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Lead, you will own and evolve O-I’s global OpenText platform, ensuring its performance, scalability, and reliability across regions. You will lead a small, distributed team while partnering with business and IT stakeholders to deliver enterprise-grade content management solutions.

Key Accountabilities
- Lead and enhance the global ECM platform with a focus on OpenText technologies
- Act as escalation point for complex technical issues
- Design and implement scalable ECM solutionsEnsure platform availability, performance and security
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis
- Lead and develop a team of 3 offshore ECM specialists
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements
- Lead ECM projects including upgrades, integrations and migrations
- Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards
- Drive continuous improvement of support and delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of IT experience, including Enterprise Content Management platforms.
- 4+ years of hands‑on experience with OpenText technologies (e.g., Content Server, Extended ECM, Archive Center, integrations).
- Experience leading or coordinating distributed/offshore teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise‑scale platforms in a general environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across regions and functions.
- Experience with ECM integrations (e.g., SAP, APIs, other enterprise systems).
- Knowledge of data governance and records management practices.
