Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance required; ability to obtain SCI accessrequired
- 16+ years of relevant experience
- 10+ years of experience leading large DoD programs in a PM or equivalent leadership role
- Demonstrated experience managing operations, maintenance, and sustainment (OM&S;) programs
- Experience supporting space, missile warning, C2, ISR, or similarly complex mission systems
- Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams in a 24x7 operational environment
- Strong experience with program financials (forecasting, budgeting, cost control, EVM)
- Experience managing subcontractors and multi-vendor program environments
- Strong familiarity with classified systems, secure communications, and mission IT infrastructure
- Experience working directly with senior DoD customers (NORAD, USNORTHCOM, USSPACECOM)
- Must be able to work in office or at aCustomerlocation 4 days per week
- Up to 20-25% travel may be required for this position

Desired Qualifications
- PMP, DAWIA, or equivalent Program Management certification




- Prior experience supporting NISSC I/II, ITW/AA, or Cheyenne Mountain Complex programs
- Experience with space domain awareness or missile warning systems
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and modern mission system integration
- Experience operating within TS/SCI mission environments
- Background in RMF, NIST, and DoD cybersecurity frameworks
