We are building the first trusted ground transport brand in Colombia, combining technology, hospitality, and safety.

Position Overview

The General Manager will lead all operations for Safe Transfers Bogotá, acting as the on-the-ground CEO for the business. This is a new position with significant autonomy and responsibility to shape the division’s systems, team, and reputation.

The role combines daily operational management, team leadership,



marketing collaboration, and direct client interaction. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive attitude are critical. There will be opportunities for performance-based bonuses tied to growth, customer satisfaction, and transfer volume.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
- Oversee airport operations, transfers, and real-time driver dispatch.
- Supervise driver quality, safety standards, and client service execution.
- Personally assist with VIP or complex pickups when needed to maintain standards.

Team & Quality Management
- Manage Operations Coordinators (day and night shifts).
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and service audits.
- Lead resolution of client issues or incidents quickly and professionally.

Marketing & Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, embassies, and corporate partners.
