We are seeking an experienced Lead Test Automation Engineer to spearhead mobile application testing initiatives for Android and iOS platforms. In this role, you will define test strategies, enhance automation frameworks, and lead a team of automation engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions within a fast‑paced Agile environment. You will play a critical role in shaping testing processes, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless integration of automation into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities




- Define test strategy and communicate it effectively to the automation team
- Define tool configuration and setup for automation initiatives
- Enhance the existing Katalon Studio framework and propose efficient solutions
- Add detailed test cases and execute them to ensure comprehensive coverage
- Generate user‑friendly test reports and integrate Katalon Automation Reports with Polarion
- Validate custom keywords and implement setup for automation processes
- Establish test processes, roles, and responsibilities within the team
- Plan test automation activities and ensure the team follows standard processes
- Train, coach, and support team members, facilitating smooth transition to the team
- Run automation code within CI/CD pipelines to feed into DevOps workflows
