This is an exciting opportunity for a player coach role managing a group of project managers, change managers and business analysts while serving as a program manager. This person will oversee the team’s portfolio of projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality – all while managing a complex stakeholder group. This person will set the tone for the team, ensure a high level of quality in the team’s work, maintain connectivity to the US & C onshore team, and manage relationships with our business counterparts. This person will report directly to the US & Canada Transformation Leader.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our organization. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in managing large‑scale programs, organizational change management, and business analysis work.



This person will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end projects for our change and transformation initiatives and will work closely with the Operational Leadership team to deliver change and achieve project outcomes.

- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals. Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Manage end‑to‑end projects to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction.
- Create and manage project plans and establish governance required for project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes. Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
- Support organizational transformation initiatives by working closely with senior stakeholders across the globe.
- Understand and manage project financials to deliver the benefits and manage costs
