We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to deliver scalable, end-to-end web systems across frontend, backend, and data layers. You will build with React, Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django), REST APIs, and SQL databases while partnering with data engineers, product, and design. Bring your leadership mindset and apply today

Responsibilities
- Design responsive and intuitive web interfaces using modern UI/UX technologies
- Build and maintain server-side services that power our software applications




- Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring and tuning
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and designers to align frontend and backend integration
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented code that follows best practices and coding standards
- Model and optimize database structures and queries to enable fast, reliable storage and retrieval
- Execute thorough testing and debugging to uncover and fix issues or bottlenecks
- Stay current on industry trends and recommend enhancements to backend architecture and development processes
- Review code to uphold quality standards and mentor junior developers
- Partner with DevOps engineers to deploy and operate applications in production environments
- Provide technical direction and day-to-day support to team members when needed
