Preferred Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, with postgraduate studies in taxes

Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax areas in Argentina.

Strong knowledge of Argentinian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively across departments.





Fluency in English and Spanish; Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing team members.

What you will be doing

Oversee and manage all tax compliance and reporting for Argentina, and other Latam country operations, ensuring adherence to local regulations and deadlines.

Monitor changes in tax legislation across Argentina and other Latam countries and evaluate their impact on the business.

The Tax Manager must establish clear internal timelines and processes to ensure all filings are submitted by their respective due dates in each country and ensure the payment is made on time.

Advising on the tax implications of business decisions and business structure and identifying potential tax incentives. Providing tax advice to other departments within the company (e.g., finance, legal) on tax‑related matters, helping them make informed decisions.

Act as the primary point of contact with tax authorities.
