The Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A;) Manager will play a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making across the business. This position will be responsible for providing insights into financial performance, developing budgetary models, and ensuring effective financial reporting, all while working closely with senior management to influence strategic business decisions. The idóneo candidate will bring a deep understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the consumer electronics or audio equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial projections for the audio speaker manufacturing operations. Work with cross‑functional teams (production, marketing, sales, etc.) to gather input and ensure forecasts are realistic and aligned with strategic goals.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting:



Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to track performance against budget and forecast, highlighting variances and trends. Develop regular financial reports for management, including profitability analysis by product line, manufacturing cost structures, and operating performance.
- Cost Management & Margin Analysis: Analyze manufacturing costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities in the production process. Work closely with the operations team to understand cost drivers and implement strategies to improve margins. Perform product profitability analysis and recommend pricing strategies based on financial data.
- Business Partnering & Strategic Support: Act as a financial business partner to senior leadership, offering financial insights and data‑driven recommendations to support strategic initiatives, capital investment decisions, and business expansion.
