Our media team plays a key role in delivering results, and we’re looking for a DSP Manager to help lead our programmatic advertising efforts through Walmart DSP via The Trade Desk.

About the Role

As our DSP Manager, you’ll be responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling DSP campaigns for our clients using our Trade Desk seat. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure paid media strategies align with broader business goals, managing large budgets and turning data into action.

Roles and Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Build, launch, and manage DSP campaigns through The Trade Desk, for Walmart.com.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, audience insights, and platform capabilities.

Budget Management
- Own the day‑to‑day management of large media budgets, ensuring spend efficiency and goal alignment.
- Identify growth opportunities and reallocation strategies across campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs and develop performance reports with actionable insights.
- Present data‑driven recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders.
