About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager who brings deep, hands-on roots in the DevOps and cloud native ecosystem. This is not a role for someone learning the space—it is for someone who has lived it. You will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with practitioners on the ground as well as with engineering leaders and executives who set strategic direction.

Critically, this role is designed for an AI-first operator. We are building a marketing function that leverages AI tools to produce content at a volume, quality, and velocity that traditional approaches cannot match.

Key Responsibilities
- Messaging & Positioning
- Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and positioning across customer segments, including Platform Engineers, CI/CD teams, SRE teams, and Observability teams.
- Articulate the platform’s value proposition in terms of customer outcomes—not just features—connecting capabilities to the day-to-day challenges these teams face.
- Build and maintain messaging frameworks for both practitioner and executive audiences, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering, ensuring the story is compelling at every level.
- Create website content and marketing assets that effectively communicate the platform’s differentiation and ROI.
- Quantify and communicate business impact, including deployment speed, cost savings, risk reduction, and team scalability.
