The opportunity

Join a high‑performing A320 operation with a structured, accelerated pathway to command. If you’re already flying the A320 as a First Officer and meet the experience standards below, this role positions you for a swift upgrade to Captain following assessments, training, and operational requirements.

Minimum requirements
- Total time: 3,000 hours minimum
- Current role: Actively flying as an A320 First Officer
- Type rating: Valid A320 family type rating (current)
- Licences: CPL + IR + ME (UAEAC accepted)
- Medical: Class 1
- English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher

Compliance & safety
- Background check: Certificate required
- Safety record: No accidents or incidents attributable to pilot factor
- Documentation: Valid passport, licences, medical, and logbook summary





All upgrades are contingent on successful assessments, recurrent training, and operational needs.
