What You’ll Do
As a Senior Designer on the Customer Experience team, you'll independently turn product requirements into high-fidelity, production-ready design for complex products in industries like financial services, energy, and enterprise technology. You'll work within established product ecosystems and existing design systems, contributing improvements as you go, and bring real craft and polish to the screens, flows, and interactions that move products forward.
Day to day, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with developers, product and project managers, fellow designers, and on larger engagements, design leads, translating requirements into clear, development-ready design artifacts.
