What You’ll Do

The COBRA Customer Support Specialist is an integral part of our customer support team, helping members, qualified beneficiaries,



and employer groups navigate COBRA continuation coverage through timely, accurate, and empathetic support.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service to COBRA participants and employer groups
- Respond to inquiries through ticketing systems, phone calls, and email communications
- Assist participants with COBRA enrollment, eligibility, elections, premium payments, and coverage questions
- Explain COBRA regulations, timelines, and plan‑related information in a clear and professional manner
- Research and resolve participant issues while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
- Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of participant interactions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and member experience
