Overview
The Identity Access Management team is looking for a Senior Information Security Operations Analyst to join the identity Access Management services expansion, identify ways to leverage the access data to answer important business questions. This would include automating access and streamlining processes—truly understanding end‑to‑end provisioning of access across enterprise platforms,



and innovating techniques to use and communicate data in new and more effective ways to influence how access should be granted to users. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. You must be a team player with a positive attitude who is enthusiastic about bringing a vision of the future to life.
In This Role, You Will:
- Support internal efforts and enhancements of the existing Identity Access Management system.
- Identify automation opportunities to deliver smarter and easier identity access management services to support the “access as an enabler” strategy.
- Implement identity solutions to integrate users and applications from mergers and acquisitions.
- Implement security controls for human and non‑human identities.
- Envision how Mastercard will continue modernizing Identity and Access Management in the cloud
