What You’ll Be Doing

- ✔️ Investigating discrepancies and claim denials, cooperating with providers and insurance companies to resolve issues.
- ✔️ Keeping detailed records of all claim activities, including payments, follow‑ups, and communications.
- ✔️ Handling denied claims, identifying causes, and assisting with resubmissions or appeals.
- ✔️ Generating reports on claims status and trends to help improve accuracy and efficiency.
- ✔️ Coordinating with U.S.-based healthcare teams to streamline claim processes.
