Key Responsibilities

Risk Assessment & Executive Reporting

Evaluate and assess financial and business risks associated with key decisions. Prepare flash highlights, insights, and executive-level reporting for Director and Executive Management, ensuring timely, accurate visibility into financial performance and strategic developments.

Strategic & Ad-Hoc Business Support

Provide analytical support on strategic and ad-hoc business initiatives, complementing ongoing planning, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Partner cross-functionally to support informed, data-driven decision‑making.

Financial Analysis & Problem Solving

Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to interpret complex financial data, identify trends and risks, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.

Executive Communication & Storytelling

Communicate insights effectively through clear written and verbal messaging,



translating complex financial analysis into meaningful insights for both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Change Leadership

Identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and improve financial processes. Lead or support initiatives that increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and enable scalable, best‑in‑class financial operations.

Skills & Capabilities
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong expertise in financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong experience with Python and Power BI
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership capability and ownership mindset
- Results‑driven, able to perform effectively under pressure
- Experience in valuation, financial modeling, and data modeling
- Strong background in business analytics
