About The Role

As a Fraud Investigations Specialist, you will be the technical backbone of our Fraud Investigations unit. You aren't just a data analyst; you are the bridge between our front‑line investigators and our Strategy and Data teams. Your mission is to translate complex fraud signals into actionable data insights.

We are looking for a high‑agency individual—someone who doesn't wait for a ticket to arrive, but proactively dives into the data to find the "needle in the haystack." You will work with little guidance, owning the technical support for ad‑hoc investigations and building the queries that expose emerging threats before they impact our customers or our business.
