With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a general influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Junior Social Media Video Editor who speaks the language of the internet and can turn raw footage into viral gold.

As a Junior Social Media Video Editor, you aren't just cutting video; you are translating brand messages into native social culture. You will be responsible for taking raw influencer content and studio footage and turning it into snappy, engaging, and high-converting assets for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.



Your work determines if a user stops scrolling or keeps moving. If you are obsessed with pacing, trends, and creating content that feels authentic to the platform, this is your launchpad.
What You’ll Do
- Edit Native Short-Form Content
- Assemble and edit fast-paced, engaging videos specifically for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
- Master the art of the "hook"—editing the first 3 seconds to grab attention instantly using visual disruption, text overlays, and sound.
- Implement trending audio, native text styles, and platform-specific stickers to make ads feel organic.
- Remix & Iterate
- Take successful ad concepts and create fresh iterations by swapping hooks, changing music, or re-ordering footage to combat creative fatigue.
- Turn long-form content (YouTube videos, podcasts) into bite-sized, viral social clips.
- Polish & Enhance
- Apply dynamic captions (Alex Hormozi style, karaoke style, etc.) that increase
