We are looking for a commercially sharp and regionally rooted Sales & Partner Manager to drive customer acquisition and partner growth across the LATAM market.



This is a hybrid hunter‑and‑relationship role — you will own new business development while also activating and scaling local partner relationships to extend WebEngage's reach across the region.

The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in the LATAM B2B SaaS ecosystem, has a proven track record of closing mid‑market to enterprise deals, and understands how to navigate the nuances of selling across diverse LATAM markets.
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for new customer acquisition across LATAM — from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closure.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise prospects across e-commerce, fintech, edtech, travel, and media verticals.
- Develop strong relationships with C‑suite and VP‑level stakeholders at target accounts.
- Work closely with the pre‑sales and solutions team to deliver compelling, customised product demonstrations
