As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of our software products. You will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans that allow our development teams to ship high‑quality code with confidence and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust test strategies and test cases for new and existing features.
- Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts (UI and API) to increase testing efficiency and coverage.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand‑ups, Retrospectives) to provide QA perspective from the start of the development cycle.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution using bug‑tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Communicate effectively with developers,
product owners, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and report on software health.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality and rapid feedback loops.
- Perform thorough regression testing and root cause analysis when bugs are identified in production.
- Proactively suggest improvements to the development process to prevent defects before they occur.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance (Manual and Automated testing).
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript) for automation.
