What can you expect? You will be responsible for a portfolio of complex clients managing the day-to-day activities of various captive insurance companies and other clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements in an accurate and timely manner, including supplemental financial information required by the client.
- Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients so that you become the main point of contact for all client inquiries and questions.
- Familiarize yourself with international clients and their respective rules and regulations.
- Reconcile cash and investment accounts. Prepare bank deposits and cash disbursements.
- Organize and complete the annual audit for clients, including preparation of regulatory filings and GAAP financial statements.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance processes and procedures are followed for local accounting and financial reporting.
- Maintain client files in accordance with regulations and best practices.
- Correspond with other service providers.




- Prepare board and committee meeting materials and participate in the annual board of directors’ meeting and other client meetings.
- Comply with Marsh internal controls and any client-specific internal controls.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- CPA designation.
- 3-5 years equivalent relevant experience in preparation of financial statements, working paper files, and general ledger.
- Proficient/expert in English along with the local language; CVs in English only will be considered.
- Bachelor of Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external clients.
