About this Role

Kiva is looking for a passionate and driven Investment Manager to join its Impact Investments team.



This role will be essential in advancing Kiva’s mission of creating a financially inclusive world by managing debt investments in high‑impact social enterprises, primarily in Latin America. The successful candidate will develop strong partnerships, conduct rigorous due diligence of potential investments, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future trajectory of the Social Enterprise program. Operating in a globally distributed, collaborative environment, this role demands an analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep commitment to social impact. The position requires frequent travel and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and contexts.
