Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time remote Staff Lawyer / Legal Assistant to assist in our Pre‑Litigation department. Must be bilingual (English–Spanish). Your day‑to‑day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the department with various tasks (Pre‑Litigation).
- Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits.
- Draft Letters of Representation (LORs).
- Send Welcome Letters to clients.
- Relabel file documents and secure clean client records.
- Order Police Reports.
- Request Med Pay.
- Send disengagement letters to providers/clients with attorney approval (using template).




- Order medical records and bills.
- Send medical referrals.
- Generate disbursement sheets.
- Send Open Records Requests to Police Department (using template) and Non‑Spoliation Letter.
- Handle case load under attorney supervision.
- Provide support for the attorney's case load.
- Handle client communication.

Required Qualifications
- Law graduate or student.
- Experience with USA personal injury law is a plus.
- Experience with USA legal firms is preferable.
- Must be bilingual (English–Spanish) or trilingual (English, Arabic, Spanish).

General Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills (active listening).
- Ability to collect data and learn quickly.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, complying with the processes.
- Fully bilingual (English).
- PC or laptop with wired internet connection recommended.
- Headset with noise cancellation / quiet place to work.
