About the Role
The Content Moderation Agent monitors and reviews in-game content to enforce compliance with trust and safety policies, preventing toxic behavior, harassment, fraud, and other violations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate content on the gaming platform to ensure it meets trust and safety policies.
- Handle security incidents by identifying inappropriate content, offensive conduct, cheating, and other policy violations.
- Report performance metrics, including service levels, productivity, and contact rates, to support compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver training and updates on moderation best practices and safety protocols.
- Provide suggestions for process improvements and user experience enhancements to build a safer gaming community.
- Stay current with gaming security trends, regulations, and internal policies to align actions with industry standards.




- Ensure all content complies with local and international regulations, protecting user data and platform quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content moderation or digital safety, preferably in gaming or tech.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Commitment to user safety and well‑being, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Benefits
Location: Connecta Bogotá – Calle 26 # 92-32 (Gold 9, 4th Floor)
Compensation: 3,420,000COP base salary plus a 15% performance bonus and an additional 100,000COP health bonus.
Schedule: 44 hours per week, from 10:00a.m. to 07:00p.m., with two days off per week.
Contract: Permanent contract with full legal benefits.
