With 50,000 sq. ft. of DTLA studios and a integral influencer network, we’re ready to 10x our output in 2026—and we need a Sales Development Representative with a hunter mindset who can break through the noise, open doors at major brands, and fill our pipeline with qualified opportunities.

You aren’t just "dialing for dollars"; you are identifying problems and offering solutions to CMOs and VPs of Marketing. Your ability to articulate value, handle objections, and book qualified meetings directly fuels our growth engine. What You’ll Do
- Execute High-Volume Outbound
- Relentlessly hunt for new business via cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling (LinkedIn/Twitter).
- Execute 50+ touchpoints daily to engage decision-makers at DTC brands, addressing their pain points (creative fatigue, scaling ad spend).
- Qualify & Book Meetings
- Conduct discovery calls to vet prospects against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You are the gatekeeper—you only pass quality opportunities to the Account Executives.
- Master the "pitch." You will articulate High Scale’s unique value proposition clearly and compellingly to book demo calls.
