Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedProductOwnerto help drive the expansion of our industry-leading software suite. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, user-centric solutions that enhance ourproductofferings and support our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Embed within development Scrum Teams to deliver high-value features and enhancements across ourproductsuite.
- Translateproductvision into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.




- Validate delivered software to ensure it meets business and user needs.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support Agile best practices within the team.
- Partner with UX designers to plan and validate newproductinitiatives through user research and feedback.
- Work withProductManagement, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop go-to-market strategies,productpositioning, and enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, FAQs, playbooks, release notes).
- Supportproductlaunches with coordinated communication plans and sales enablement programs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to keep them informed and engaged withproductupdates.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends; maintain competitive intelligence resources such as battlecards.

Qualifications
- Experience
- 5+ years in the retail industry as a merchandise planner, assortment planner, allocator, buyer, or similar role; OR
- 3+ y
