C2 Essentials is looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing marketing team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and website traffic.
- Perform keyword research, site audits, competitor analysis, and backlink evaluations.
- Optimize on-page elements (metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure).
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
- Track and analyze SEO metrics, providing actionable insights.
- Identify growth opportunities through content optimization, technical improvements, and link-building.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends to adjust strategies proactively.
- Manage technical SEO (crawlability, indexation,



site speed).
- Support paid media and broader digital campaigns with SEO insights.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog).
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic technical SEO principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred
- Familiarity with local SEO and schema markup.
- Experience in content marketing and link-building campaigns.
- Understanding of PPC and its integration with SEO.
