We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst / ServiceNow Senior Systems Administrator to join our Medellín office. The role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow administration, integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise IT service management.

Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Platform Administration
- Administer, configure,



and maintain the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules as applicable).
- Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, forms, reports, dashboards, and custom applications.
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and availability.
- Systems Analysis & Business Support
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements.
- Document functional and technical specifications.
- Provide impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
- Integration & Automation
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
