Bilingual Senior Tax Accountant (Bilingual in Spanish & English)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time position, PDT/PST Office Hours

About the role
- As a pinnacle role within our team, the Bilingual Senior Tax Accountant carries the responsibility of preparing a high volume of tax returns, providing mentorship to less experienced staff, and acting as a backup to the Senior Managing Tax Accountant.
- This position demands a comprehensive understanding of tax laws, an eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence, client service, and leadership.

About you
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (native level required)
- Active CPA or EA license required
- 4+ years of recent tax preparation experience required




- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance required
- Experience with tax research, planning, and preparation for individuals and businesses required
- Proficiency with tax software required (Intuit Lacerte preferred)
- Experience in tax resolution preferred
- Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership and exceptional tax research/preparation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Self-starter with a high level of eagerness and achievement
- Exceptional client service skills
