Job Description: As the Virtual Assistant to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership with various recruiting projects and administrative tasks. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a visionary leader, contributing to the growth and success of our start‑up. Your role will be diverse, engaging, and essential to our operations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and scheduling
- Coordinate and manage recruiting projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Conduct research and gather data to support recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Communicate effectively with candidates, team members,



and external partners
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Manage and organize digital files and records
- Provide proactive solutions and innovative ideas to streamline processes
- Perform other tasks and projects as needed to support the CEO and the start‑up

Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Attractive, upbeat personality with excellent communication skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work remotely in a self‑directed manner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Trello, Jira) is a plus
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is desirable but not required
