As a Credit Risk Officer (Executive Director) in Risk Management and Compliance based in Bogota, Colombia, you will lead the second line of defense Credit Risk Management function for Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) clients across Latin America's Andean Region, Central America, and the Caribbean. You will provide independent oversight and credible challenge on new and existing exposures, ensure decisions align with risk appetite and policy, and elevate key matters through the appropriate governance forums. You will oversee an existing credit portfolio,



drive disciplined monitoring and early‑warning practices, and develop talent while partnering closely with Coverage, Product, Legal, and control functions.

Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage credit risk in complex transactions, including items requiring elevated approval authority and heightened judgment, delivering clear, well‑supported risk recommendations.
- Provide independent second line of defense challenge on new transactions, structures, and amendments, ensuring alignment to risk appetite, underwriting standards, and control expectations.
