The TA Senior Associate is responsible for delivering high‑quality end‑to‑end recruitment across assigned roles and business areas. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience from intake through offer acceptance.
The role plays a key part in maintaining hiring momentum by proactively managing pipelines, identifying risks early,



and adapting strategies to meet evolving business priorities. Operating with a high level of ownership and accountability, the TA Senior Associate contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition function through strong execution, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement of recruiting practices.
