The Operations Director will lead the strategic evolution of operational excellence across regional and global scopes,



driving efficiency through the integration of data, technology, AI and automation.

This role requires a seasoned operator with a proven track record in global operations, capacity management, and strategic execution – capable of translating business vision into scalable, intelligent operating models that enhance productivity, profitability and service delivery.

As part of the Central General Operations structure, you will operate at the intersection of business, technology and talent – embedding AI‑driven and automated solutions into core processes, while enabling cross‑regional alignment and continuous operational innovation.
