Amrize is seeking a HSE & Facilities Analyst. This role will focus on supporting the execution of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) and coordinating infrastructure and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and safe, efficient working environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) to ensure compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Implement occupational risk prevention and control programs to reduce workplace accidents and occupational diseases.
- Conduct safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and workstations to identify risks and define improvement actions.
- Manage infrastructure and maintenance activities to ensure safe and optimal operating conditions.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage contractor compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and occupational diseases to define corrective and preventive actions.
- Verify compliance with SST standards and legal requirements across the organization.
- Manage emergency resources to ensure preparedness and response capability.
- Prepare reports on SG-SST and Facilities performance for senior management.
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, SST Administration, or Industrial Engineering with SST specialization
- Knowledge of SG-SST frameworks and safety practices
- Understanding of occupational risk prevention and regulatory compliance
- 50-hour Occupational Health and Safety (SST) certification
- Valid Occupational Health and Saf
