About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations, shipment coordination, and billing processes. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, tracking inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with vendors and customers, and ensuring financial and operational documentation is complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and audit warehouse inventory records across internal systems and spreadsheets, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies while maintaining reliable tracking data.
- Review customer documentation and cross-reference warehouse receipts, material receipts, and supporting documents.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring inventory records remain up to date.
- Coordinate with trucking brokers, drivers, warehouses, customers, shippers, and consignees to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.




- Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other transportation documentation as needed.
- Review customer and vendor quotes, ensuring billing information is accurate before invoice processing.
- Verify costs, revenues, invoices, and supporting documentation before posting transactions into the company system.
- Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate AP/AR documentation and warehouse overtime records.
- Provide support to vendors and customers by resolving billing and documentation inquiries while maintaining organized financial records.

Required Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, Drayage, ocean transportation, warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, shipment tracking, and transportation documentation.
- Experience handling billing processes, invoice validation, or AP/AR support.
