About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, commercially savvy Sales Specialist to lead, scale, and elevate our high-growth operations in Medellín, Colombia. In this role, you will bridge the gap between world-class customer support and revenue growth — managing daily operations, stepping in to close critical deals, and aggressively scaling the team. You will report directly to the CS Manager and collaborate closely with teams across our integral offices in Dubai, Malaysia, Thailand, and Cyprus.

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients, identify their needs, and present tailored trading solutions;
- Drive a strong commercial mindset in every client interaction, handling objections and closing deals independently;
- Navigate a high-velocity workspace with speed and precision,



ensuring strategic prioritization and seamless multitasking;
- Track and exceed individual commercial KPI targets, demonstrating strong and consistent performance;
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and contribute ideas for continuous improvement in the sales process;
- Ensure compliance with market-specific regulatory requirements applicable to the Colombian market;
- Prepare and interpret reports and documentation for management.

Requirements
- 1+ years of proven experience in a Sales, Business Development, or client-facing commercial role;
- Experience in tech, fintech, or high-growth startups highly valued;
- Strong background in sales techniques, cross-selling, negotiation, and high-impact closing strategies;
- Spanish speaker; full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal);
- Proactive and results-oriented;
- Can‑do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
