How you'll make an impact
- Ensure claims are accurately validated, organized, and documented to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with Advocates across multiple coverage lines to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues, and flag potential risks.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including carriers, producers, and third-party administrators, to drive collaboration and resolve challenges.
- Contribute to team success by sharing updates, coordinating tasks, and maintaining alignment with peers.
- Leverage your expertise in claims lifecycle, coverage concepts, and industry standards to deliver exceptional results.
