Role Summary and Impact

At WPP Media, we are reshaping how media, data, and technology come together to drive growth. As Executive Director, Media Strategy (LATAM), you will play a critical role in that evolution, challenging how we operate today and building what comes next.

In this role you will rethink, redesign, and embed new ways of working across the region. From operating models to commercial structures,



you will help shift from reactive delivery to system-led, scalable, and future-ready execution.

Working closely with regional leadership and C-suite clients, you will create simpler, smarter, and more effective ways to deliver value in a complex, multi-market environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the LATAM transformation agenda, setting the vision, priorities, and roadmap for how we win next
- Design and implement scalable operating models, workflows, and frameworks that translate strategy into execution
- Partner with C-suite clients and regional leaders to reshape how we work together and deliver value
- Drive commercial transformation—restructuring scopes, pricing models, and delivery to improve profitability and clarity of value
